Capital Magazine celebrated 26 years since its first appearance in an anniversary gala that took place on Tuesday evening, November 27, 2018, in the company of the local business environment.

Although with an analytical profile, aimed at the economic zone, on its 26th anniversary, Capital Magazine went beyond numbers and celebrated people. People who make it possible for beautiful things to happen, who make Romania evolve, who bring prosperity, get involved and bring hope.

During the Gala, trophies and diplomas of excellence were awarded to Romanian entrepreneurs with outstanding results and initiatives, which involve and develop the local business environment.

Mr. Nicolae Dumitru received the award for the greatest experience in the field of investments, development, and asset management, and for the efforts to expand the Niro Investment Group on the local tourism market by developing two new hotel projects and by creating a hotel management institute on the local market. Niro Investment Group is the owner of the largest commercial and distribution hub in Eastern Europe with office buildings, residential projects and hotels.

NIRO Investment SA ranked 2nd in its field of activity, in the Large Enterprises category, in a ranking prepared by the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry based on a set of economic indicators calculated according to the financial results for 2017. 

The award ceremony took place on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, during the TOPUL National Gala of Private Companies 2018, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, which was also addressed by the President of Romania, E.S. Mister. Klaus Iohannis. He congratulated the award-winning companies, listing them as examples to follow due to which the Romanian business environment becomes stronger, more efficient and, in the end, creates well-being for all.
