At NIRO Investment Group, we strongly believe that young people and children are the architects of tomorrow’s world and each one of them deserves the chance to dream, learn and grow. With this conviction, we got involved in the „Ajut Eu” campaign run by Observator and the Mereu Aproape Foundation and offered a helping hand to priest Marian Tudor, known as “the father of the children from Găgești, Vrancea”. He founded a center dedicated to homeless mothers and children who are victims of domestic violence.

“Involvement in the <Ajut Eu> campaign is proof of belief in the power of collective efforts to create positive changes. As leaders, we accept that our influence extends beyond the company and we have the duty to contribute to the development of the community and a future where every child has the chance to build their future”, said Anca Simionescu, General Manager NIRO Investment Group.

Recognizing the urgent need to create a safe haven for these families, we contributed with the amount of 12,600 euros, and to this financial contribution we added packages and additional goods such as clothes for mothers and children, beds, pillows, and others, worth 3,000 euros.

The impact of our contribution goes beyond the financial value and lays the foundation for a sustainable and positive change in the lives of children and mothers living in the center, Găgești, Vrancea, becoming the focus of our initiative due to the pressing need in the community.

The center established by priest Marian Tudor provides an essential refuge for mothers and children who face unimaginable challenges, and by supporting this initiative, we have chosen to actively participate in the transformation of a community, promoting an environment where dreams can come true, and the future can be built. At NIRO Investment Group, we believe that corporate involvement in the community development plays a significant role in shaping a compassionate and empathetic society. Although success is often measured solely in numbers and profits, we have chosen to define our success also in terms of compassion, empathy, responsibility, and determination to create a brighter future for those in need.

Music has the unique ability to shape, connect and inspire communities. With this conviction, I accepted the opportunity to support, as the main partner, the 13th edition of the “Magic Winter” concert, a musical celebration that has become a landmark of Bucharest’s cultural life.

Held at the Romanian Athenaeum, the concert was supported by the Royal Chamber Orchestra, conducted by the distinguished conductor Cristian Mandeal. The stage was endowed with a repertoire to match, including compositions by musicians such as Gioachino Rossini, Johann Strauss, Georges Bizet, Antonín Dvořák and other illustrious musicians.

The concert was a truly spectacular one, a true display of virtuosity, passion, and a clear proof of the extraordinary ability of the Royal Chamber Orchestra to transform musical notes into emotions – joy, melancholy, pure happiness. The harmony created by the musicians was not only heard, but felt, as further evidence of the transformative power of music.

Thank you to the Royal Chamber Orchestra and distinguished conductor Cristian Mandeal for a musical journey that exceeded all expectations, leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of those lucky enough to attend the concert! This event reinforced our conviction that music is a timeless language that has the ability to unite, inspire and shape communities.
