The Luxury Resort in Maldives will consist in four different resorts will be developed in the same lagoon. The lagoon will have 4 islands with white sand beaches with a total length of over 6 km, bordered by palm trees and lush vegetation.
The first island will be dedicated to tourists traveling with family and friends, with a more active atmosphere and facilities for all ages.
The second island will be dedicated to adults, and it is meant to be the perfect backdrop to your private escape or romantic surprise in an authentic and memorable experience.
The third island is to be a truly private and exclusive retreat.
The fourth island is dedicated exclusively to F&B outlets and luxury events.
The charming Kaafu Atoll lagoon is only 15 minutes by boat from Velana International Airport. Emerging in this New Maldivian Paradise will be extremely comfortable.
The large project was started this year and will be completed in 2025.

The building that will accommodate the highest hotel in Bucharest is 85 m high, has 27 floors and a total built area of about 30,000 square meters.
