Niro Investment Group's first major international investment in the hospitality industry is the development of a luxury resort in the Maldives, in partnership with a prestigious international operator.

The tourist resort developed by NIRO Investment Group proposes a new approach, targeting mainly families with children, according to the concept: “Happy kids, happy families!”.

The luxury resort is just at 10-minute boat ride from Valana International Airport in North Kaafu Atoll, it is easily accessible and located on two islands.

The large project was started this year and will be completed in 2025.

October 2018 marks the beginning of the construction of Swissôtel Bucharest, a new NIRO Investment Group branded hotel project.

Swissôtel is a premium hotel brand, part of the Accor group, being brought to the Romanian market for the first time by NIRO Investment Group.

Located on Expoziţiei Boulevard, the building is only 10 minutes’ drive from “Henri Coandă” International Airport and very close to lots of business headquarters, including Romexpo, the largest exhibition and event centre in Romania.

Swissôtel Bucharest has 224 rooms, 2 restaurants, one of which is rooftop located, with an exceptional panoramic view of the city, bars and lounge area, swimming pool located on the 22nd floor, spa & fitness facilities and a business meetings and corporate events area.

The building that will accommodate the highest hotel in Bucharest is 85 m high, has 27 floors and a total built area of ​​about 30,000 square meters.

Swissôtel Bucharest will be launched in 2024.

Located in the heart of Bucharest, at the crossroad between Calea Victoriei and Elisabeta Boulevard, the building of the oldest hotel in Bucharest was built in 1867 and it is listed by the Ministry of Culture among the A Class Historic and Architectural Monuments. Throughout history the former Grand Hotel du Boulevard has represented the epicenter of all socially fashionable activities. At present, the building is undergoing refurbishment to meet the standards of the international luxury hotel chain Corinthia.

Located in the Bucharest Old Town, the Crama Domnească Voievodal restaurant is a historical place built built within the ruins of the Curtea Veche Voievodal Palace that still preserves the oldest historical testimonies of 13th century Bucharest.

The restaurant invites under its arches all those who want to feel like ancient rulers who were treated and feasted royally.

The entire building has undergone extensive consolidation, partitioning and refurbishing works, which resulted into a full makeover of the venue. Currently, the restaurant consists of three dining rooms: The Royal Hall, the Voievodal Hall and the Wine Cellar Hall, dispersed in a completely original way, and that are able to accommodate up to 300 people. The indoor and outdoor terraces are the perfect places to enjoy delicious food, while enjoying the historical atmosphere or the street buzz of the historical center.
