We were honored to participate earlier this week in the opening of the photo exhibition dedicated to the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Romania and the People's Republic of China. The event took place at the Palace of Parliament and was organized by the Embassy of China in Romania, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, and the Parliamentary Friendship Group with the People's Republic of China.
On behalf of NIRO Investment Group, Raluca Mihaescu, Image and Communication Director, and Valentin Macovescu, Director of Protocol, participated in this event.
This exhibition is part of a broader series of initiatives aimed at celebrating and strengthening the bilateral relations between the two nations. The exhibition offers a visual retrospective of key moments in the Romanian-Chinese partnership, captured in photographs that illustrate not only diplomatic relations but also the economic, cultural, and social collaborations that have taken place over the decades.
His Excellency Mr. Han Chunlin, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Romania, opened the event with a speech that emphasized the strategic and symbolic importance of the relationship between Romania and China. He highlighted the ways in which the two countries have collaborated in various fields, fostering economic and cultural development, as well as people-to-people exchanges.
The organization of this exhibition on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations between China and Romania holds special significance. It represents not only a historical commemoration but also an opportunity to look towards the future, to the strengthening of a bridge for cultural exchanges and mutual learning between the two civilizations. In this context, photography is more than just an artistic medium; it is a tool that brings people closer and strengthens the friendship between them. NIRO Investment Group, an active supporter of international collaborations, is proud to participate in this significant event and contribute to strengthening the economic and cultural ties between Romania and China. Our long-term partnership with institutions in China reflects our commitment to supporting initiatives that promote understanding and cooperation between nations.
